Idle Speed: Adjustments
Idle Speed (RPM), Adjusting
In exceptional cases, for example if the customer complains about droning noises or vibrations when idling, it is permissible to make slight adjustments
in the idle speed (RPM). When doing so, do not adjust the idle speed (RPM) to outside of specified range (otherwise, the vehicle will not pass its next
emissions test).
