D-Pillar Trim

‹› Removal and installation is described for the left-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the right-hand side is performed in the

same manner.

Removing

Vehicles with rear side-airbag:

-

Disconnect vehicle battery. 

All vehicles:

-

Fold the bench seat and backrest forward.

-

Remove side upholstery:

‹› with rear side airbags --> [ Side Upholstery with Side Airbag ] See: Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seats.

‹› without rear side airbags --> [ Side Upholstery without Side Airbag ] See: Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seats.

Remove roof end strip. Refer to --> [ Roof End Strip, Wagon ] See: Headliner/Service and Repair

Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to --> [ Rear Lock Carrier Cover, Wagon ] See: Luggage Compartment Trim.

Remove luggage compartment side trim. Refer to --> [ Luggage Compartment Side Trim, Wagon ] See: Luggage Compartment Trim.

Remove the trim - 1 - with the clips - 2 - in the - direction of the arrow - out of the mounts in the D-pillar and the clips - 3 -.
