‹› Replace the sensor wheel every time the bolts are loosened.

‹› Only possible to install in one position - bores are offset.

‹› Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Sensor Wheel ] See: Crankshaft Gear/Sprocket/Service and Repair.

Crankshaft

‹› Axial play: new 0.07 to 0.23 mm.

‹› Wear limit: 0.30 mm.

‹› Measure radial clearance with Plastigage.

‹› Radial clearance: new 0.017 to 0.037 mm.

‹› Wear limit: 0.07 mm.

‹› Do not turn the crankshaft when measuring radial play.

‹› Removing and installing the needle bearing. Refer to --> [ Crankshaft Needle Bearings ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Automatic

Thrust Washers

‹› For bearing 3.

Cylinder Block Bearing Shell

‹› With lubricating groove.

‹› Classification for replacement part ordering, refer to --> [ Upper Crankshaft Bearing Identification ] See: Crankshaft Main Bearing/Service and

Repair/Upper Crankshaft Bearing Identification.

‹› Do not interchange used bearing shells (mark).

Chain Sprocket

‹› For the oil pump drive.

‹› Without lubricating groove.

‹› Do not interchange used bearing shells (mark).
