Sealing plug with O-ring

The rest of the assembly is basically a reverse of the removal sequence.

Install the oil pan. Refer to --> [ Oil Pan ] See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Pan/Service and Repair/Oil Pan. 

Chain Tensioner Pre-Tensioning

Preload the piston - arrow - by hand.

-

Push the tensioning rail in the - direction of the arrow  - and secure it with a 3 mm hex wrench - 1 - across flats.
