Install the plenum chamber bulkhead.

-

Install the wiper arms and plenum chamber cover.

‹› If it is desired to replace the Engine Control Module (ECM), connect the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051) and

perform the function "Replace control module ".

Removing

-

Switch off the ignition.

-

Remove the wiper arms and plenum chamber cover

-

Remove the plenum chamber bulkhead.

-

Disengage the forward electrical connector - 1 - from the ECM and disconnect it.

-

Pry up the locking mechanism - 2 - slightly.

-

Slide the ECM out of the retainer - arrow -.

-

Disengage the rear electrical connector from the ECM and disconnect it.
