Remove trim from door seal piping.

-

Pull trim upward out of lower A-pillar trim - arrow B -. 

Installing

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.

Removing

Disengage sill panel trim from body in lower A-pillar trim transition area. Refer to --> [ Sill Panel Trim ] See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair.

Remove side instrument panel covers. Refer to --> [ Side Instrument Panel Covers ] See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Remove center A-pillar trim. Refer to --> [ Center A-Pillar Trim ].

Remove the hood release handle - 1 -.

-

Remove clip - 2 -.

-

Remove trim from body - arrow A -.

-

Remove trim from door seal piping.

-

Pull trim out of mount - arrow B -.

‹› Before installation, clip - 2 - must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.
