Cylinder Block

‹› Checking cylinder bore, refer to --> [ Cylinder Bore, Checking ] See: Testing and Inspection. 

‹› If the cylinder block is being replaced, then the bearing shells must be reallocated. Refer to --> [ Crankshaft Bearing Shell Allocation ] See:

Service and Repair/Crankshaft Bearing Shell Allocation.

‹› Piston and cylinder dimensions, refer to --> [ Piston and Cylinder Dimensions ] See: Specifications/Piston and Cylinder Dimensions.

Bearing Shell, Cylinder Block

‹› With lubricating groove.

‹› Do not interchange used bearing shells (mark).

‹› After removal, lay aside so that sensor wheel is not rested on and become damaged.
