Camshaft Adjustment Valve

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Torque wrench V.A.G 1783

^

Open end spanner insert AF 10 V.A.G 1783/1

Removing

-

Remove charge air guide leading to the noise amplifier.

-

Disconnect connector from camshaft adjustment valve 1 N205 - 1 -.

-

Remove bolts - arrows - and remove camshaft adjustment valve 1 N205

Installing

Installation is in reverse order. When doing this note the following:

Coat sealing ring and O-ring with engine oil.
