‹› Pressing in --> [ Pressing Cylindrical Roller Bearing into Clutch Housing ] 

‹› Installation position: Circlip in bearing points to input shaft

Clutch housing

Pulling Off Grooved Ball Bearing

Beforehand, remove circlip from input shaft.

-

Before attaching extractor, place thrust piece (VW 431) and thrust plate (40 - 105) on input shaft.

Attach separating device - B - into surrounding groove for circlip in bearing.

A Extractor, e.g. (Kukko 18/1)
B Separating device 12 to 75 mm, e.g. (Kukko 17/1)

Pressing Off 5th Gear, Gear Wheel

A Separating device 22 to 115 mm, e.g. (Kukko 17/2)
