Notes:

• ◆ The compressor bracket and associated parts can be removed and installed without opening the refrigerant circuit.
• ◆ Renew self locking nuts (note part numbers)!

• Compressor (Sanden SD - 709)
• ◆ Must be secured to compressor bracket and tensioner in such a way that the bolt (arrow) is at the top.
• ◆ Renewing vee belt - Fig.1
• Socket head combi bolt M 10 x 30
• ◆ 40 Nm

• Nut M 8 (4 x)
• ◆ 20 Nm
• ◆ From the two-part tensioning sleeve (items 8 and 19) drive the cylinder (8) as far as possible onto the shouldered bolt (7), and fit the tapered part (19) onto the cylinder (8).
• ◆ Then tighten the nuts in the following sequence:
• ‒ nut for item 6
• ‒ nut for item 7, shouldered bolt without tensioning sleeve
• ‒ nut for item 8, shouldered bolt with tensioning sleeve
• Power steering pump and compressor bracket
• Bush
• Shouldered bolt (2 x)
• ◆ 051 260 821 A, self-locking
• ◆ 20 Nm

• Shouldered bolt (2 x)
• ◆ 051 260 821 A, self-locking
• ◆ 20 Nm
• Tensioning sleeve (cylinder part)
