Thermostatically controlled intake air preheating.

→ Seal must not slip out of groove -arrow-.

• ‒ Always renew damaged seals.
• ‒ Coat seal with oil before installing.
• ‒ Press intake manifold onto carburator by turning slightly.

→ Vehicles with manual gearbox 05.75 ▸and vehicles with air conditioner

below approx. + 15°C - warm air intake
above approx. + 15 °C - cold air intake

• ‒ → Move intake hose over depending on outside temperature:

•      A -     bellow approx. + 15 °C:
  attach hose to warm air baffle.
•      B -     above approx. + 15 °C:
  attach hose to warm head of clip to side panel.

Load-dependent and temperature-dependent intake air preheating.
