• ‒ carburettor removed.
• ‒ Close stager I throttle valve by screwing out idle adjusting screw.
• ‒ → Hold funnel and graduate VW 119/10 under carburettor.
• ‒ Press operating lever for choke valve in choke valve open direction.
• ‒ Fully open throttle lever slowly 10 times (at least 3 seconds per stroke).

• ‒ → Divide reading for quantity injected by 10 and compare to specified value.
       Specification: 0.78 ± 0.12 cm3/stroke
• ‒ Adjust quantity injected if necessary by bending stop.
       + = more
       - = less

Note:

The direction of injection cannot be adjusted.
