• ‒ Remove toothed belt.
• ‒ Remove toothed belt sprocket (Use holding tool 3099 to loosen retaining bolt.

• ‒ Remove crankshaft woodruff key.

• ‒ Unscrew inner part of oil seal extractor 2085 two turns (aprox 3 mm) from outer section and lock in place with knurled screw.

• ‒ As a guide for oil seal puller, screw cylinder bolt 3083 fully into crankshaft.

• ‒ As guide for oil seal puller, screw retaining bolt for toothed belt sprocked 20 mm into crankshaft.

• ‒ → Lubricate threaded head of oil seal extractor, place in position and exert strong pressure to screw it into the oil seal as far as possible.
• ‒ Loosen knurled screw and turn inner part against crankshaft until oil seal has been removed.
• ‒ Clamp extractor in vice on flats and use pliers to remove oil seal.

Lightly oil sealing lip and outer edge of oil seal.

• ‒ Fit guide sleeve from 3083 onto crankshaft and push oil seal over sleeve.

• ‒ → Using sleeve and bolt, press in oil seal as far as possible.
• ‒ Install toothed belt =>page 13-13 .

• ‒ → Place oil seal in position and press in 2mm using 10-203. Use washer for toothed belt sprocket.
• ‒ Install toothed belt =>page 13-13 .
