Reading fault memory

Indicated on display:

–	Press keys -0- and -2- (the function “Read fault memory” is entered with 02).

Indicated on display:

–	Press Print key.

–	Confirm entry with the Q key.

02 - Read fault memory

The display shows the number of stored faults or “no fault recognised”.

X faults recognised!

–	Press → key. The stored faults are displayed and printed out one after the other.

–	Refer to fault table on page → Chapter with fault message print-out. Program will return to initial position, as with “No fault detected”, when → key is pressed.

No fault recognized!                  ->

Indicated on display:

–	End output (function 06) → Chapter.

–	Switch off ignition and remove diagnostic connectors.

Note

t	If a fault is recognised:

t	1. Rectify fault.

t	2. Erase fault memory (function 05)

t	3. Read fault memory again (function 02)
