Installing > < Removing and installing front door positioning element

Removing
–  Remove door trim → Chapter.
–  Detach the insulation film → Chapter.
   
–  Disconnect the pressure line -1- and multi-pin connectors -2- and -3- from the positioning element.
–  Remove door lock with positioning element → Chapter. For improved installation on four-door vehicles, the window regulator needs to be detached in the area of the door lock.

–  Turn the rotary latch of the door lock to its “closed position”.
–  Remove Torx screw -T15--1-.
–  Unlock positioning element -arrows- and remove it from the door lock.

–  When removing the positioning element, the locking lever -1- slides out of the pushrod -2-.
