–  Tighten clamping bolt to 100 Nm without dished washer and without shim.
A - Torque wrench
B - 22 mm socket
The parking lock must be engaged
–  Remove clamping bolt.
  V39-1406
–  Measure distance between input gear and tapered roller bearing inner race.
–  Insert dial gauge and set to “0” with 3 mm preload. Note measured value (example 1.00 mm).
–  The thickness of the dished washer ,1.50 mm, must be added to the reading of 1.00 mm, result = 2.50 mm.
