Installing

Installation of fuel delivery unit is carried out in reverse order.

Note

t	When inserting fuel delivery unit, ensure that fuel gauge sender is not bent.

t	Coat flange seal with fuel when fitting.

t	Fitting position of fuel delivery unit flange → Chapter

Front-wheel drive vehicles

If the fuel delivery unit is installed correctly, the fuel gauge float points to direction of travel A.

Saloon: α = 5 ° to direction of travel A

Variant: α = 55 ° to direction of travel A

Vehicles with four-wheel drive

If the fuel delivery unit is installed correctly, the fuel gauge float points to direction of travel A.

α = 45 ° to direction of travel A
