Installing > < Removing backrest adjustment drive, 8-way seat

Removing
–  Remove seat → Chapter.
–  Remove 8-way seat trim → Chapter.
–  Release cover in lower area of backrest and roll-up → Chapter.
   
–  Disconnect connector -1- with a screwdriver in direction of arrow.
–  Lever securing washer -2- off shaft -3- with a screwdriver.
–  Drive shaft -3- into backrest frame approx. 15 cm with a hammer and drift.
–  Remove nut -4-.
–  Remove drive -5-.
