Functional check of brake assist system in brake servo
   
Functional check of brake assist system in brake servo

Depress brake pedal with engine running to ensure maximum vacuum servo assistance.
When brake pedal is fully depressed, a “click” must be audible, the mechanical brake assistant system is then activated.
When releasing the brake pedal considerably less foot force is detectable.
The mechanical brake assist system cannot be repaired, the complete brake servo must be renewed.
