1 - Exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18-
2 - Throttle valve module -J338-
q   If renewed, erase learnt values and adapt engine control unit → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
3 - Gasket
q   Renew.
4 - Intake connecting pipe
5 - Seal
q   Renew.
6 - 10 Nm
7 - Connecting pipe
8 - 35 Nm
9 - Mechanical exhaust gas recirculation valve
q   Checking → Chapter.
10 - Filter
11 - Connector
q   2-pin

Engine codes APE, ATN, AUS, AXP, AZD, BCA, BCB
   
1 - Gasket
q   Renew.
2 - 10 Nm
3 - Connecting pipe
4 - Filter
5 - 20 Nm
6 - Exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18- with exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer -G212-
q   If renewed, adapt engine control unit to exhaust gas recirculation valve -N18- → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
q   Valve closed when at rest.
7 - Seal
q   Renew.
8 - Intake connecting pipe
9 - Throttle valve module -J338-
q   Clean → Chapter.
q   If renewed, adapt engine control unit to throttle valve module -J338- → Vehicle diagnostic tester.
