Exhaust manifold, front exhaust pipe and catalytic converter with attachments
   
Exhaust manifold, front exhaust pipe and catalytic converter with attachments
1 - Lambda probe -G39-, 50 Nm
q   Continuous Lambda probe.
q   Grease threads only with high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3-, high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3- must not get into the slots of probe body.
q   Remove and install with Lambda probe open ring spanner set -3337-.
q   Checking: → Rep. Gr.24.
2 - 6-pin connector
q   Black for Lambda probe -G39- and Lambda probe heating -Z19-.
q   Right on underside of vehicle.
q   Gold-plated contacts.
3 - 25 Nm
4 - Throttle valve module -J338-
5 - From combination valve
q   Secondary air system → Chapter.
6 - Pipe union, 35 Nm
7 - 25 Nm
8 - Connecting pipe
q   Secondary air system → Chapter.
9 - 25 Nm
10 - 4 Nm
11 - Retaining clip
q   To secure wiring for Lambda probe before catalytic converter.
12 - Flange
q   To secure connecting pipe on exhaust gas recirculating valve.
13 - 25 Nm
q   Renew.
14 - 60 Nm
15 - 4-pin connector
q   Brown
q   Contacts 3 and 4 gold-plated.
q   For Lambda probe after catalytic converter -G130- and Lambda probe heater -Z19-.
16 - Lambda probe after catalytic converter -G130-, 50 Nm
q   Grease threads only with high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3-, high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3- must not get into the slots of probe body.
q   Remove and install with Lambda probe open ring spanner set -3337-.
q   Checking: → Rep. Gr.24.
17 - To middle silencer
18 - Connecting pipe
q   Exhaust gas recirculation system → Chapter.
19 - 25 Nm
20 - Front exhaust pipe with catalytic converter
21 - 40 Nm
q   Renew.
22 - 25 Nm
23 - Support
24 - 20 Nm
q   Renew.
25 - Gasket
q   Renew.
26 - Exhaust manifold
27 - Gasket
q   Renew.
