  Note
For greater clarity the steering wheel is not shown in figure, there is no requirement to remove the steering wheel.
   
–  Detach gap cover -1- and upper steering column trim -2- from mountings.
–  Unscrew bolt -3- (1.5 Nm).
–  Remove the two bolts -4- (1.5 Nm).
–  Detach lower steering column trim -5- from mountings.
