Checking for possible repair
The part should be replaced only if it cannot be repaired. Examples of damage that would render the unit unserviceable are deformed parts, broken parts, parts broken off or damaged in another way.
–  Remove cup holder in centre console, Highline → Chapter.
   
–  Loosen cover -1- from cup holder -arrow-.
  N68-10275
–  Check all four attachments -1- of cup holder for damage.
–  If an attachment -2- is severely deformed, the cup holder must be renewed.
  Note
The cup holder must also be renewed if other components are damaged which normally ensure that the cup holder can function as designed.
