Installing > < Removing and installing rake adjustment on electrically adjustable seat

Removing
–  Attach seat repair stand -VAS 6136- to engine and gearbox support -VAS 6095-.
–  Remove front seat → Chapter
–  Secure seat to seat repair stand -VAS 6136-.
–  Remove right side trim on seat → Chapter.
–  Remove left side trim on electrically adjustable seat → Chapter.
–  Remove bar and operating lever for front seat → Chapter.
–  Remove front seat drawer mounting → Chapter.
–  Remove front seat backrest → Chapter.
–  Remove cover and padding, front seat cushion → Chapter.
   
–  Separate wiring harness -1- from rake adjustment -2-.
–  Unscrew bolt -3-.
–  Remove bolts -4- and -5-.
–  Detach rake adjustment -2- from seat frame.
