Installing

Note

Optimised control motors are marked with an „X“.

To ease assembly, use an approx. 2 mm shorter oval-head screw -N 103 254 01-.

–	Separate mounting -1- from old left temperature flap control motor -V158-, e.g. using side cutting pliers.

–	Position new left temperature flap control motor -V158-, marked with an „X“, with shortened oval-head screw -2- and cut-off mounting -1- on mounting -3- on blower box.

Note

t	After installation, check operation of left temperature flap.

t	Initiate „basic settings“ function using vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051- or successor model → Chapter.
