Seals and sealing rings

t	Before installing oil seal, half-fill space between sealing lips with sealing grease -G 052 128 A1--arrow-.

t	Following installation, check gear oil level → Chapter.

t	Thoroughly clean parting surfaces and apply sealant -AMV 188 200 03-.

t	Apply sealant uniformly but not too thick.
