Installing Install in the reverse order of removal, observing the following:   Note

Valve seals have different inner diameters. t  -1- Inner Ø 11 mm t  -2- Inner Ø 12 mm t  -3- Seal on valve body

–  First moisten seal -1- with Haldex oil and set coupling opening control valve -N373-. –  Then seals -2- and -3-. –  Press centring lips (Qty. 4) of seal -3- into groove.

–  Set new cover -2- on control unit -1-.   Note The cover fits in only one position.

–  Insert coupling opening control valve -N373--3- into control unit -1-.   Note The valve fits only in one position.

–  Insert oil pressure and oil temperature sender -G437--4- into control unit -1-.   Note The sender fits in only one position.

–  Carefully set control unit -A- in place and tighten bolts -arrows- to specified torque → Item. –  Check oil level in Haldex coupling → Chapter.
