Repairing clutch → Repairing clutch; Rep. gr.30.
   
1 - Securing bolt
q   Removing and installing crankshaft pulley → Chapter.
q   Renew.
q   Contact surface for securing bolt must be free of oil and grease.
q   Secure pulley against turning with counterhold 3415.
q   The turning further angle can be measured with a commercial protractor.
2 - Belt pulley
q   With diamond coated washer
q   Contact surfaces must be free of oil and grease.
q   Secure against turning with counterhold 3415 when removing and installing.
q   Removing and installing poly V-belt (engine codes BLG, BMY) → Chapter.
q   Removing and installing poly V-belt (engine code BWK) → Chapter.
3 - Seal
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
4 - Bearing bush
q   Contact surfaces must be free of oil and grease.
5 - O-ring
q   Renew.
6 - Cylinder block
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
7 - 60 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
8 - Flywheel/drive plate
q   When removing and installing flywheel, lock with counterhold -T10044-.
9 - Intermediate plate
q   Must seat on dowel sleeves.
q   Do not damage or bend when assembling.
10 - 12 Nm
q   Renew.
11 - Sealing flange with sender wheel and oil seal
q   Removing and installing engine speed sender -G28- (not shown) → Chapter.
q   Specified torque for engine speed sender -G28-: 5 Nm.
q   Renew sealing flange complete with oil seal and sender wheel only.
q   Removing and installing crankshaft sealing flange on flywheel end → Chapter
