1 - Throttle valve module -J338-
q   Coolant-heated.
q   If renewed, adapt engine control unit to throttle valve module → vehicle diagnosis tester, “Guided function”.
2 - Seal
q   Renew.
3 - To heat exchanger for heater
4 - Coolant distributor housing
5 - O-ring
q   Renew.
6 - Coolant temperature sender -G62-
7 - Securing clip
8 - To top of radiator
9 - 10 Nm
10 - Coolant pipe
11 - 40 Nm
12 - Hose to expansion tank
13 - O-ring
q   Renew.
14 - To hose at top of radiator
q   Only engine code BGU.
15 - Hose to bottom of radiator
16 - 15 Nm
17 - Connection
18 - O-ring
q   Renew.
19 - Thermostat
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Checking: Heat thermostat in water.
q   Opening begins at approx. 87 °C.
q   Fully open: at approx. 102 °C.
q   Opening stroke: min. 7 mm.
20 - Engine oil cooler
q   Only engine code BGU.
21 - O-ring
q   Renew.
22 - Coolant pump
23 - O-ring
q   Renew.
24 - Breather pipe
25 - 10 Nm
