Removing and installing radiator (Passat, CC, Golf, Eos, Scirocco)

Removing

Proceed as follows:

–	Drain coolant → Chapter.

–	Remove radiator cowl → Chapter.

–	Detach top coolant hose from radiator -arrow-.

–	Unscrew air duct from lock carrier -arrows- and remove air duct.

–	Engine code CBFA: Disconnect connector for radiator identification sensor.

–	Unscrew bolts -1 and 2- and remove radiator upwards.

Installing

Install in reverse order.

l	Specified torques → Chapter.
