Removing and installing oil filter bracket
Removing and installing oil filter bracket
Removing:
–  Remove intake manifold → Chapter.
–  Remove coolant pipe → Chapter.
   
–  Remove oil cooler -arrows-.
  A17-0333
–  Unscrew bolts -1…2- and remove oil filter bracket.
Installing:
–  Renew gaskets → Item and → Item.
–  Install baffle plate → Item.

–  Install oil filter bracket and tighten bolts -1 and 2- evenly to 15 Nm.
  Note
The earth cable for oil pressure switch must be secured using bolt -2-.

–  Install oil cooler -arrows-.
Further assembly is basically the reverse of the dismantling procedure.
