Tightening sequence of ancillary bracket, 1.6 l injection engine
Tightening sequence of ancillary bracket, 1.6 l injection engine
   
Tightening sequence of ancillary bracket to cylinder head, vehicles with no air conditioning system
Procedure:
–  Place ancillary bracket on cylinder block.
  Note
Before tightening to specified torque, screw in all bolts by hand.
–  Tighten securing bolts of ancillary bracket in following sequence:
A - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm (fitted hole)
B - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm
C - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm
D - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm

Tightening sequence of ancillary bracket to cylinder head, vehicles with air conditioning system
Procedure:
–  Place ancillary bracket on cylinder block.
  Note
Before tightening to specified torque, screw in all bolts by hand.
–  Tighten securing bolts of ancillary bracket in following sequence:
A - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm (fitted hole)
B - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm
C - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm
D - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm
E - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm
F - M10 x 45 hexagon head collared bolt, 52 Nm
