| l | Guide element is pushed into side panel. |
| – | Pass water drain hose -4- through aperture in tank flap unit and pull water drain hose through as far as possible. |
| – | Guide water drain hose -4- into side panel. |
| – | With hinge side leading, guide tank flap unit -1- into side panel -arrow a-. |
| – | Then swivel tank flap unit completely into side panel -arrow b-, ensuring that locking lugs engage correctly in side panel. |
| – | Pull rubber grommet -2- over fuel filler neck -3- and tighten bolt. |
| Specified torque for bolt -5-: 1.5 Nm |
