| Removing |
| – | Remove tail lights → Electrical system; Rep. gr.94 |
| – | Remove bolts -4- on left and right in area of wheel housing liner. |
| – | Remove bolts -5- (point upwards) on left and right. |
| – | Undo and remove bolts -2- and -3- from underneath. |
| Further dismantling requires the help of a second mechanic. |
| – | Pull rear bumper cover -1- out of fasteners in side guides -arrows a-. |
| – | Pull rear bumper cover -1- parallel off vehicle -arrows b-. |
| – | Disconnect connectors from all electrical components. |
