Removing
–  Remove dash panel middle trim (Golf 2009 ►) → Chapter
–  Remove air conditioner controls unit / heater controls unit trim (Golf 2009 ►) → Chapter
   
–  Using removal wedge -3409-, prise trim out of rear fasteners in dash panel (insert wedge close to fastener).
–  Pull trim out of front fasteners, in direction of -arrow-, in dash panel.
