t  This type of poly V-belt pulley is installed on „7SEU17C“ air conditioner compressors.

1 - Cap with circlip
q   Remove carefully using a small screwdriver or long nose pliers (be especially careful with the poly V-belt pulley)
2 - Drive plate
3 - Circlip
q   Always renew
q   Install correctly (flat side faces air conditioner compressor)
4 - Shim
5 - Poly V-belt pulley
q   The poly V-belt pulley is made of plastic and sensitive to impact. Therefore, exercise particular caution when handling it.

6 - Air conditioner compressor

q   Clean air conditioner compressor flange before fitting poly V-belt pulley
7 - Rubber element
q   Qty. 6
q   Decouples poly V-belt pulley from drive shaft of air compressor and absorbs vibrations and noise.
q   Lightly moisten rubber elements with, for example, tyre assembly paste or soapy solution (used as a lubricant) when installing.
