Test procedure
–  Remove knee airbag → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.69.
–  Remove footwell vent on driver side → Chapter.
–  Remove footwell trim.
   
–  Using vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051B- and 100A pick-up clamp -VAS 5051B/7-, measure current draw at earth wire -arrow-.
Low heating output: approx. 30 amps
Medium heating output: approx. 60 amps
High heating output: approx. 80 amps
