Allocate clutch via → Electronic parts catalogue (ETKA)
   
1 - Dual-mass flywheel
q   Removing and installing → Rep. gr.13
q   One-piece flywheel: from 05.06: in conjunction with 1.4 l - 125 kW engine
q   One-piece flywheel: from 10.10: in conjunction with 1.6 l - 66 kW turbo diesel engine and 1.6 l - 77 kW turbo diesel engine
q   One-piece flywheel: in conjunction with 1.4 l - 103 kW and 1.4 l - 118 kW engine
q   Removing and installing → Engine, mechanics; Rep. gr.13
q   Ensure that centring pins fit tightly
2 - Clutch plate
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue (ETKA)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Renew only together with pressure plate
q   Installation position → Fig.
3 - Pressure plate
q   With adjusting mechanism
q   Renew only together with clutch plate.
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue (ETKA)
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Check ends of diaphragm spring → Fig.
q   Check spring connections and riveted connections → Fig..
4 - M6 bolt, 13 Nm, M7 bolt, 20 Nm
q   Allocation → Electronic parts catalogue (ETKA)
q   Loosen or tighten diagonally in small steps
