Renewing seal for right flange shaft on outside of bevel box

Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Thrust piece -T10049-
Procedure
The seal can be renewed with gearbox installed.
–  Remove right flange shaft → Chapter.
–  Lever out flange shaft oil seal with assembly lever.

–  Drive in new oil seal onto stop using thrust piece -T10049-.
  N39-0764
–  Fill space between sealing lip and dust lip -arrow- with sealing grease -G 052 128 A1-.
–  Install right flange shaft → Chapter.
–  Check oil level in bevel box and top up → Chapter.
