| The engine control unit -J623- is equipped with self-diagnosis. |

| For trouble-free operation of electrical components, a voltage of at least 11.5 V is necessary. |
| t
| Certain tests may lead to a fault being detected and stored by the engine control unit -J623-. Therefore after completing all checks and repairs the fault memory must be read and if necessary cleared. |
