Part I
   
1 - Charge pressure control solenoid valve -N75-
2 - 10 Nm
3 - 7 Nm
4 - Turbocharger air recirculation valve -N249-
q   To remove, pressure pipe must be removed → Anchor.
5 - O-ring
q   Renew if damaged.
6 - Turbocharger
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   Checking turbocharger vacuum unit → Chapter.
q   Removing and installing vacuum unit for turbocharger → Chapter.
q   Adjusting vacuum unit for turbocharger → Chapter.
7 - Connecting hose
8 - Connecting hose

Part II
   
1 - 8 Nm
2 - Coolant pipe
3 - O-ring
q   Renew.
4 - Turbocharger
q   Specified torque for catalytic converter studs: 20 Nm
q   Removing and installing → Chapter.
q   Checking turbocharger vacuum unit → Chapter.
q   Removing and installing vacuum unit for turbocharger → Chapter.
q   Adjusting vacuum unit for turbocharger → Chapter.
5 - Seal
q   Renew.
6 - Bracket
  Note
t  Retainer is discontinued.
t  The retainer is not reinstalled in cases of repair.
7 - Bracket
  Note
t  Retainer is discontinued.
t  The retainer is not reinstalled in cases of repair.
8 - 25 Nm
q   Renew studs and fastening nuts.
Screw studs into cylinder head until they project only by 25 mm.
Observe tightening sequence: items -A- to -I-.
9 - Coolant pipe
10 - Seal
q   Renew.
11 - 8 Nm
12 - Oil return pipe
13 - Seal
q   Renew.
14 - Banjo bolt, 20 Nm
q   Secured to valve timing housing.
15 - Oil supply pipe
  Caution
Oil supply line must be renewed when installing a new turbocharger.
16 - Banjo bolt, 30 Nm
