Specified torques

Bolts, nuts	M6	10 Nm
	M8	20 Nm
	M10	45 Nm
	M12	60 Nm
Exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold		40 Nm

Note

Securing bolts for assembly mountings are stretch bolts and must be renewed.

Engine assembly mountings

A ¹⁾ = 20 Nm + 90° (¹/₄ turn) further

B ¹⁾ = 40 Nm + 90° (¹/₄ turn) further

C ¹⁾ = 60 Nm + 90° (¹/₄ turn) further

¹⁾ Renew.

Gearbox assembly mounting

A ¹⁾ = 40 Nm + 90° (¹/₄ turn) further

B ¹⁾ = 60 Nm + 90° (¹/₄ turn) further

¹⁾ Renew.

Pendulum support

A ¹⁾ = tensile strength of 8.8 = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) further

A ¹⁾ = tensile strength of 10.9 = 50 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) further

B ¹⁾ = 100 Nm + 90° (¹/₄ turn) further

¹⁾ Renew.
