General notes
The sound system amplifier extends the sound range of the radio unit or the radio navigation system.
The amplifier is used in the „Dynaudio Authentic Fidelity“ sound system.
The signal inputs on the amplifier are activated by the loudspeaker outputs of the radio unit or radio navigation system.
On the Golf saloon, the loudspeaker configuration in conjunction with the „Dynaudio“ sound package is the following:
t  Two front mid-range and bass loudspeakers
t  Two front treble loudspeakers
t  Two rear mid-range and bass loudspeakers
t  Two rear treble loudspeakers
On the Golf Plus, the loudspeaker configuration in conjunction with the „Dynaudio“ sound package is the following:
t  Two front bass loudspeakers
t  Two front mid-range loudspeakers
t  Two front treble loudspeakers
t  Two rear bass loudspeakers
t  Two rear treble loudspeakers
The amplifier is installed under the left front seat.
