Removing and installing number plate light bulb

Removing:

–	Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

–	Remove securing bolts -arrows- from number plate light.

–	Remove lens with bulb from number plate light housing.

–	Push contact plate in direction of -arrow- and remove bulb.

Bulb for bolted number plate light: festoon bulb 12 V, C 5 W

Installing:

Install in the reverse order of removal. When doing this, note the following:

Note

t	A small silver coloured anti-dazzle strip -arrow- is fitted in number plate light lens. When installing lens, it must always be towards bumper.

t	When assembling number plate light, ensure lens seal is seated correctly.

–	Tighten securing bolts -arrows- to 1.2 Nm torque.

–	Check function of number plate light.
