Removing and installing right reversing light bulb > < Assembly overview - tail light (tail light cluster) with LEDs in rear lid

Removing and installing tail light (tail light cluster) with LEDS in rear lid

Note

Removal and installation of tail light are carried out on left side of vehicle. Removal and installation of right tail light are carried out in the same way.

Removing:

–	Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

–	Unclip service flap -1- in direction of -arrow- out of trim.

–	Release and disconnect connector -1-.

–	Remove securing nuts -1-.

–	Swing tail light -1- in direction of -arrow- out of body aperture in rear lid.

Installing:

Installation is carried out in the reverse order. When installing observe the following:

–	Swing tail light -1- in direction of -arrow- into body aperture in rear lid.

–	Tighten securing nuts to torque specified in assembly overview → Chapter.

–	Reconnect connector until it engages audibly.

–	When installation is complete, check functions of tail light and gap/shut lines to body.
