BRAKE PADS, REPLACE
1.
Raise and support front of vehicle, then remove wheels.
2.
Remove pad retainer pin spring clip, then drive retaining pins out of caliper, Fig. 8.
3.
Pull inner pad out of caliper, press caliper outward, then remove outer pad.
4.
Using tool 1023-4 or equivalent, push caliper piston fully into bore.
5.
Position piston as necessary, then install new brake pads.
6.
Insert new spreader spring over pads, then drive new retaining pins into caliper and install retaining pin spring clip.
