All Models except Vanagon, all m..y.
SUBJECT:

Paint chipping - door alignment position - improper door alignment

Paint chipping behind trailing edge of door may be a result of improper door adjustment. Trailing edge of the door is adjusted at factory to protrude 1
mm out from adjacent sheet metal. This adjustment diverts road dirt and prevents sandblasting behind the protrusion.

^

When adjusting door(s), adjust to factory specs.
