Because of an incorrect position or thickness of the fine seam sealing the lips of the window guide/seal do not fit optimally and can easily slip
(illustration 2).
No production change required.

Procedure:
Apply trim adhesive to window guide seal to prevent the seal from slipping.

If the window guide seal has pulled free or does not fit properly, clean contact area with 3M(TM) 08987 trim adhesive cleaner, or equivalent, to
ensure repair area is free of dirt and oil.
