Installation

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order. 

‹› Ensure trim is in door seal molding after installation.

Driver Side Lower A-Pillar Trim

Removing

-

Disengage sill panel trim from body in lower A-pillar trim transition area.

‹› 2-door => [ Sill Panel Trim, 2-door ] See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair

‹› 4-door => [ Sill Panel Trim, 4-door ] See: Scuff Plate/Service and Repair

Remove side instrument panel covers. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel Side Covers ] See: Utility Storage Compartment/Service and Repair

Remove hood operating lever - 1 -.

-

Remove clip - 2 -.

-

Remove trim from body - arrow A -.

-

Remove trim from door seal piping.

-

Pull trim out of mount - arrow B -.

‹› Before installation, clip - 2 - must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.
