Installation

-

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order. 

‹› Before installing, inspect the securing clips for damage and replace if necessary.

Side Trim, 2-door

‹› Removal and installation is described for the right-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the left-hand side is performed in the

same manner.

Removing

-

Remove upper B-pillar trim. Belt anchor rail does not need to be removed from front seat belt => [ Upper B-Pillar Trim ].

Remove seat bench => [ Bench Seat ] See: Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Table of Contents Seat Frames.

Remove cover cap - 1 - from mounts and remove screw -  2 - (2 Nm).

-

Remove sill panel trim from mounts in side trim in lower area.

-

Remove side trim from mounts in body.

In vehicles with radio system, disconnect wiring harness from speaker -  3 -.

-

In vehicles with interior monitoring system, disconnect wiring harness from sensor.
